Created more than five years ago, the Nogales Community Development Corporation—a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization—was formed in an effort to support and encourage economic and community development in Nogales and Santa Cruz County through building partnerships with local organizations.

Our mission: To build communities for all people by serving or providing assistance through lending products, technical assistance, housing opportunities, and community and business services development for Low Income Communities or Low Income Persons including youth, adults, elderly, migrant and seasonal farm workers in rural, small town and metropolitan areas in Santa Cruz County.
The Nogales Community Development Corporation offers a variety of programs to help the individual and small business in this community. We are here to lend a helping hand to any business owner who needs it. With programs such as NogalesUSA, Individual Development Accounts (IDA), a Business Technology Resource Center, and the Morley Avenue Entrepreneurial Development Area, Nogales CDC is able to integrate programs that reach out to many individuals and small businesses in the community and guides them towards success.
